"Hamburger Bacon Black Olive and Mushroom with Salted Caramel Pretzel Concrete and Hi Fi Fo Fum" is a homage to Katherine's native town in St. Louis, Missouri. With this current show and catalogue, the gallery exhibits work influenced by the artist's fascination with iconic St. Louis establishments past and present such as Ted Drewes, Imos's, and Hi Fi Fo Fum. The works are colorful flat renditions with playful imagery that is both random and exciting.
